Voice settings
Silent mode shifts your voice up near 17,500 Hz, above what most adults can hear. It needs your own recording, and phone speakers or Bluetooth may not play frequencies that high.
Soundscape
Your music PLUS
Songs from Apple Music and Spotify are copy-protected, so they can't be added as files. Upload works with your own MP3 or M4A files.
Brainwave tones PLUS
What are brainwave tones?
Binaural beats play a slightly different tone in each ear. Your brain hears the difference as a gentle third beat. Some research suggests your brain may start to match that rhythm, which is called brainwave entrainment. Isochronic tones do something similar with one pulsing tone, so they work on speakers too.
- Delta (1–4 Hz): often used for deep sleep and rest
- Theta (4–8 Hz): meditation, deep relaxation and creativity
- Alpha (8–13 Hz): feeling relaxed, calm and positive
- Beta (14–30 Hz): focus, alertness and problem-solving
- Gamma (around 40 Hz): concentration and attention
Everyone responds differently, and research is still early. Enjoy them for relaxation and focus, not as medical treatment.
These are soft, low hums, so they're easiest to hear with headphones. Phone speakers barely play low tones. Turn up Tone volume if you can't hear them.
Session
No sound? Turn your volume up. On iPhone, also flip the silent switch off the first time.
Alarm clip PLUS
Turn your current mix into a 1-minute clip that fades in gently, then save it to your phone.
How to set it as your alarm
Android: move the file to your Alarms folder, then open Clock, tap your alarm, Sound, and pick it.
iPhone: iPhone only allows custom alarm sounds made as ringtones. Open the file in GarageBand, share it as a Ringtone, then choose it in Clock under Sound. The full app will make this one tap.
The 10-minute Glow Ritual
Journal, listen, act
A guided 10 minutes to start your day on purpose. Press Start and the timer walks you through three steps. Do it once a day, ideally in the morning before you check your phone.
How it works
- Journal · 2 minutesWrite one or two sentences about what you want today, as if it's already true. "I'm calm and confident in my meeting" works better than "I hope the meeting goes well."
- Listen · 6 minutesPut on headphones and close your eyes. Your Studio mix plays automatically: your voice, your soundscape and any brainwave tones you picked. Just breathe and listen.
- Act · 2 minutesWrite one small thing the version of you that you just heard would do today, like sending that email or taking a walk. Then do it, or plan when you will.
Set up your sound in the Studio first. When you finish all three steps, the day counts toward your streak in the Journal. You can pause, skip a step or start over anytime.

Intention journal
Today, written down
A quick daily check-in with yourself. Writing it down makes it real, and looking back shows you how far you've come.
How to use your journal
- IntentionWhat you're calling in today, written in the present tense, like "I'm focused and good things are coming to me."
- Grateful forThree small things you're thankful for. Your coffee, a text from a friend and sunshine all count.
- One small actionOne step you'll take today toward what you want. Small is the point.
- Save and keep your streakPress Save. Each day with an entry or a finished ritual lights up a moon below and adds to your streak. Your past entries show up on the right.
Finished the Glow Ritual today? Your intention and action are already saved here. Add what you're grateful for and press Save.
A day counts when you finish the ritual or write an entry.
